Hey! I’m Garvit, the guy who used to be skinny, weak, and constantly doubting himself.
I started my fitness journey because I was tired of feeling small—both physically and mentally. My short height often made me feel overlooked, and my lack of strength only added to my low confidence. I didn’t walk into the gym to become a bodybuilder; I walked in because I wanted to feel stronger, both inside and out.
In the beginning, I had no idea what I was doing. I made mistakes, followed random advice, and saw little progress. But I didn’t give up. Over time, I began learning—about training, nutrition, supplements, and mindset. Slowly, I started to grow—not just muscle, but confidence, discipline, and self-respect.
Why I Started This Blog
This blog is here for people like me—people who feel like they’re not “built for the gym,” but still show up and give it everything. My mission is to simplify fitness and nutrition so that anyone, no matter where they’re starting, can begin their own transformation with clarity and confidence.
